Advanced bookings are highly recommended to guarantee your spot in our cat lounge, as there is a capacity limit of 8 guests at a time.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations less than 24 hours from your visit are non-refundable. After your time slot begins, all bookings are final. Cancellations more than 24 hours before your visit will receive a 100% refund, or may be rescheduled. Minors Policies

As of August 2022, we now welcome all ages in our cat lounge. There must be 1 adult guardian for every 2 children 12 and under—no exceptions. Children ages 13-17 may visit without an adult, but will need a parent or guardian to sign our waiver, either in advance online, or upon arrival.
